May 2017 Menu Plan

Happy May Day!  I can't believe it is May already, but I guess that is what happens when you get so busy buying and fixing up a house.  House fixing is going well and we are just about at a point where we can concentrate on some of the outside stuff.  Spring is here, but today it is pretty chilly, but they are saying it will be warmer by the end of the week.  We are thankful for that.  We have lots of things coming up and lots planned for our summer so we are ready for some warmer weather.  This month we are looking forward to the end of the school year, our first camping trip of the year, and hanging out with friends.  Since May will be busy, we desperately need a menu plan.  So here is what I have come up with:

  28. Out to Eat - End of the school year celebration (our school year ends at the beginning of the month, but we always have our celebratory dinner on Memorial Day Weekend)
  29. Crackslaw - I have to try this recipe just because the name makes me laugh
  30. One Sheet Cilantro Parmesan Broccoli Baked Salmon
  31. Tamale Pie
